Patricia Petersen

Patricia Petersen has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Patricia is currently employed as the Human Resources Director at McLaughlin Family Companies since 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Ruan Transportation Management Systems as the Director of Human Resources from 2017 to 2020. In this role, they led the organization's talent acquisition and HR Business Partners and successfully restructured and refocused the HR and Talent Acquisition teams.
