Ruth Farrell

Ruth Farrell is a Senior Commercial Surveyor at McLaughlin & Harvey Ltd since December 2020 and has been a Director at Farrell McAvoy Limited since January 2013. Previously, Ruth served as a Commercial Quantity Surveyor at O'HARE & MCGOVERN LIMITED from March 2015 to December 2020 and held the position of Associate Director at Alway Associates from August 2009 to January 2013. Ruth also worked as a Senior Contracts and Arbitration Manager at Quigg Golden Contract Consultants from July 1998 to October 2005. Ruth Farrell holds a degree in Quantity Surveying from Ulster University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Arbitration from the University College of Estate Management, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Further and Higher Education from Ulster University. Education was completed at Our Lady’s Grammar School in Newry prior to university studies.
