Mark Osenbaugh

Mark Osenbaugh is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the construction industry, including a current role as Project Manager for McLean Contracting Company, focusing on the I-64 Segment 4C since August 2020. Previously, Mark held various managerial positions at Branch Civil from June 2005 to August 2020, including Project Development Manager and Design Build/Project Development Manager, with a focus on projects in Virginia and North Carolina. Mark also gained valuable experience as Assistant Project Manager/Project Engineer at Skanska and as Project Engineer - Assistant Project Manager at Vico Construction Corporation. Early in their career, Mark worked as an Operating Engineer at Lind Marine. Mark's educational background includes a certification from the Design Build Institute of America and an Associate’s Degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Tidewater Community College. Additionally, Mark has training in Primavera P6 and project management methodologies.
