Shadd Gibbs

Shadd Gibbs is a seasoned professional in the underwater diving and operations sector, currently serving as Diving Superintendent and Operations at McLean Contracting Company since March 2023. Previously, Shadd held multiple roles at Specialty Underwater Services from March 2008 to March 2023, including Regional Operations Manager and Diving Superintendent/Diver. Shadd's experience also includes serving as Diving Supervisor/Diver at K & M Marine and as a Diver at Marine Technologies. Shadd's career began in the US Navy, where Shadd served as an Engineman from February 1993 to February 2003. Shadd holds education from the United States Navy, Divers Academy International, and Sinclair Community College.
