Samantha Leonoard

Samantha Leonard has been working in human resources for over ten years. Samantha started their career as a customer support associate with Aerotek in 2007. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring that all of the company's customers received superior support. Samantha also acted as the primary liaison between the corporate office and the local sales teams.

In 2011, Samantha left Aerotek to become a human resource business partner with McLean Mortgage. In this role, they are responsible for managing the company's employee benefits program and overseeing the payroll process. Samantha also works with the company's clients to resolve any complaints they may have.

Samantha Leonard has an Associate of Science from Northern Virginia Community College, as well as certifications from SHRM in People Manager Qualification (PMQ) and Human Resource Partners- Consulting Skill Model, and from George Mason University in Human Resource Management. Samantha is also certified in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross.
