Alison Swain has extensive experience in development and alumni relations across various educational and nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as Development Director at McLean since August 2022, Alison previously held roles as Major Gift Officer at New England Public Media and Senior Director of Alumni Relations at the University of Connecticut Foundation, Inc. Additional roles include Director of Alumnae Relations and Reunion Programs at Miss Porter's School and Senior Development Director at The Village for Families & Children. Alison began their career in development as Director of Development at The Cobb School, Montessori, and has a background in special events coordination at the Science Center of Connecticut. Alison holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, journalism, and photography from the University of Connecticut.
