Peggy Coburn is an experienced healthcare administrator with a strong background in home care, hospice, and skilled nursing facility management. Currently serving as the Administrator of Home Care & Hospice at McLean since June 2016, Peggy previously held the role of Executive Director at Arden Courts of Avon from December 2010 to April 2015, where profit and loss leadership was key to managing a 64-bed facility. Additional experience includes serving as a Care Manager at Connecticut Community Care, Inc. from 2007 to 2010, performing comprehensive assessments for elder care, and directing operations as a Nursing Home Administrator at Apple Healthcare from 1994 to 2006, overseeing substantial staff and resource management. Peggy's expertise also encompasses the development of Total Quality Management (TQM) systems at Olympus Healthcare and the management of complex labor action strategies. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Public Health from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Hartford.
