Joel Maxwell

Joel Maxwell has a diverse work experience in the field of design and user experience. Joel is currently the Director of User Experience at McLeod Software, where they lead the UX department in promoting collaboration, maintaining a positive environment, and achieving product goals. Joel works closely with product owners to create interactive prototypes and design solutions based on customer feedback. Prior to this, they worked as a UX Designer at Command Alkon, where they were responsible for wireframe design, developing interactive prototypes, and coordinating collaboration among team members. Joel also has experience as an Interface Design Architect at Motion Industries, where they redesigned their website and developed mobile apps. Joel has also worked as a Visual Marketing Manager at Emageon Inc. and a Graphic Designer at Lowego Sportswear. Throughout their career, Joel has demonstrated expertise in print and digital design, as well as in incorporating technology into their artistic endeavors.

Joel Maxwell obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design from Auburn University, where they studied from 1994 to 1999. Following this, they pursued a Certificate program at Herzing University between 2001 and 2003. During this period, they focused on subjects such as HTML, Networking, Web Site Design, and Layout.
