Adrian Valenzuela is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in finance and advisory roles. As the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of MCM Partners since 2012, Adrian has led the Hong Kong-based merchant bank in providing strategic growth solutions for innovative enterprises. In addition, Adrian serves in various leadership capacities, including Chairman and Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees at the Hong Kong Academy and Board Member roles at The Remedy Project, LocalMotion Ltd, Uniken Inc., and Taiger. Adrian's previous experience encompasses high-level positions such as Managing Director at Barclays Capital, J.P. Morgan, Merrill Lynch, and Lehman Brothers, focusing on equities distribution and sales in the Asia Pacific and European markets. Adrian's education includes a Senior Executive Leadership Program at Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, along with additional studies in Fintech at the University of Oxford.
