In this role, Mark edits and fact-checks promotional medical education content sponsored by the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring high standards of accuracy and readability. Mark authored "The Steadfast American: A Vietnam Story," driven by a desire to uncover their father's military experiences. Previous positions include Research Coordinator at Montefiore Medical Center, where Mark managed research projects and co-authored scientific publications, as well as roles focused on data collection and laboratory supervision. Mark holds a Master’s degree in Experimental Psychology and a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Montana State University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
