Steven Kochergen

Steven Kochergen has extensive experience in the civil engineering and construction sectors, currently serving as the Executive General Manager Strategy and Customer & NSW at McMahon Services since September 2018. Prior to this role, Steven held multiple key positions at York Civil Pty Ltd from 2008 to August 2018, including New Business Manager and NSW State Manager, where significant contributions included establishing the NSW offices and leading major projects such as the Northern Beaches Hospital Roads. As WA State Manager, Steven successfully launched the office in 2012, cultivating relationships with major clients such as Water Corporation and Main Roads. Earlier experiences include General Manager at Mycon, where Steven oversaw a joint venture and secured notable contracts, and Civil Design Engineer at AECOM. Steven holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management from the University of South Australia.
