Frederic-Louis Claudius

Frederic-Louis Claudius has a diverse range of experience in the field of HR and people operations. Frederic-Louis began their career as an HR Manager at Profile Property Consulting GmbH, where they managed HR and administrative functions, conducted interviews, and organized team-building events. Frederic-Louis then joined Zalando SE as a Lead HR Administration, leading a team of HR assistants and improving processes for the Technology department. Frederic-Louis later took on the role of HR Product Owner, where they led HR administration teams, conceptualized and implemented various HR and IT projects, and optimized HR processes using SAP HR HCM.

At Omio, Frederic-Louis served as a Team Lead HR Operations, overseeing HR operations and providing guidance to their team. Frederic-Louis later became an HR Consultant. At Tesla, they worked as an HR Operations Lead, responsible for driving the team, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with HR processes and procedures.

Currently, Frederic-Louis is at McMakler, where they started as the Head of People Operations & Business Partnering and was recently promoted to the role of VP People.

Frederic-Louis Claudius completed their Bachelor's Degree in Informatics in Public Administration from The Berlin School of Economics and Law in the period from 2011 to 2015. Frederic-Louis then pursued a Master's Degree in Management with Human Resources from the University of Glasgow from 2015 to 2016. In 2017, they obtained a University Certificate in Employment Law from Hamburger Fern-Hochschule. Alongside their formal education, Frederic-Louis also acquired additional certifications such as IELTS Academic from the British Council and completed the Investigative Workshop Series and Leadership Development Course at the University of Glasgow.
