Maik Schiering

Maik Schiering has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Maik currently works at McMakler as a Sales Expert. Previously, they held the position of Inside Sales Manager at McMakler. Before that, they obtained a UX Design Certification from CareerFoundry in 2020. In 2019, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Fit/One, where they were responsible for expansion and quality management nationally. Maik supervised and mentored different locations in Germany and implemented improvements to streamline processes. From 2017 to 2019, they took a sabbatical leave. From 2016 to 2017, they served as Chief Operating Officer at FLGNTLT Corp., where they managed day-to-day operations, business development, sales, and brand awareness in the US market. Maik was also involved in marketing campaigns and represented the company at industry events. Prior to that, they co-founded and managed Roottattoo GmbH, first in the United States, where they oversaw operations, business development, sales, and brand awareness. Later, they transitioned to a role in Germany, where they focused on day-to-day operations, product development, sales, and brand awareness for an e-commerce fashion brand. Throughout their career, Maik Schiering has demonstrated strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a proactive work ethic.

Maik Schiering's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences at Zwickau, which they completed from 2007 to 2008. In 2020, they pursued further education in User Experience (UX) Design. Maik obtained a Certified UX Designer certification from CareerFoundry in November 2020 and also completed a UX Design Certification program at The Interaction Design Foundation from 2020 to 2021.
