Hilary Weddell

Hilary Weddell is a distinguished partner at McManis Faulkner, having advanced from the role of legal assistant since September 2001, and holds a position as a Professor of Law at Lincoln Law School of San Jose, teaching Remedies and Civil Litigation classes since August 2016. Weddell served as Editor-in-Chief for the Boston College Journal of Law & Social Justice from February 2012 to May 2013 and completed internships with Donoghue, Barrett & Singal, NetCracker, and the Boston Municipal Court. Weddell earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Boston College Law School in 2013 and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Management from San Jose State University in 2008.
