Bridget Gannon

Bridget Gannon is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and organizational development, currently serving as the Head of University Partnerships & Talent Acquisition at McMaster-Carr, where responsibilities include partnering with universities to recruit top management talent for the company. Previous roles include Recruiting Supervisor, overseeing gap analysis and HR functions, and Project Supervisor, leading enhancements to the learning management system. Earlier experience as a Middle School Science and Spanish Teacher at Parker Junior High involved founding a community-focused Green Team and training staff in new technologies.
