Erica Reetz

Erica Reetz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as the Director of Expansion at McMaster-Carr since June 2014. Throughout her tenure at McMaster-Carr, Erica has held various leadership positions, including Distribution Center Senior Manager, Customer Service Senior Manager, and Product Strategy Project Manager. Prior to joining McMaster-Carr, Erica gained experience as an Athletic Director Student Assistant at Yale University and as a Talent Development Intern at Vaya Group. Erica's academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology-Neuroscience from Yale University.
