Juana Granados

Juana Granados currently serves as an Export Operations Specialist and previously held the position of Business Operations Specialist at McMaster-Carr since January 2019. Prior experience includes working as a Research Assistant at the Kravis Leadership Institute from September 2016 to May 2018, where Juana contributed to identifying leadership characteristics through data analysis in the "Fullerton Longitudinal Study," developed hypotheses regarding giftedness, and produced written materials for the study's website. Additionally, Juana acted as a First Year Guide at Claremont McKenna College, organizing orientation programs and mentoring first-year students from August 2016 to May 2018. Juana holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Russian and East European Studies from Claremont McKenna College and has pursued further education at various institutions, including the KORA Center for Russian Language and Saint Petersburg State University.
