Katrina Nelson is a dedicated professional with a strong background in engineering and product development. Currently serving as a Management Trainee in Product Development at McMaster-Carr since September 2025, Katrina previously held leadership roles as Team Lead for a Clinic Capstone Project at AirMyne and gained diverse experience through several positions at Harvey Mudd College, including Grader for Chemical Reactions Engineering and Thermodynamics, Proctor for System Engineering Practicum, and Biophotonics Lab Researcher. Additional experience includes a Chemical Engineering Internship at Emerson and participation in a Clinic Capstone Project at Sandia National Laboratories.
