Nayelie Aguirre

Nayelie Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, strategy, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Sourcing Operations Supervisor at McMaster-Carr since June 2021, additional roles include Research & Strategy Supervisor, UX Designer, and Software Engineer. Previous experience includes positions at Dartmouth College as an Undergraduate Advisor and Sociology Learning Fellow, where Nayelie facilitated community development and academic support. Additionally, roles at Project HOME and CARECEN-LA involved policy research, voter registration initiatives, and legal support for immigration petitions. Nayelie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Dartmouth College and a UX/UI Bootcamp certificate from Northwestern University.
