Faith Ogunkoya

Faith Ogunkoya, M.Ed., CCDP., EdD (c), serves as the Manager of Black Student Success at McMaster University, where significant contributions include co-chairing the Black Indigenous Racialized Staff Employee Resource Group (BIRS ERG) and vice-chairing the President’s Advisory Committee on Building Inclusive Communities (PACBIC). With a expertise in equity, diversity, and inclusion, Faith has led strategic initiatives and provided guidance to senior administration on matters of inclusivity. A seasoned career development professional, Faith has held various roles focused on student services, career coaching, and international student success across multiple institutions, including the University of Toronto and Mohawk College. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership, Faith is committed to fostering community engagement and professional growth for students and staff alike, leveraging an extensive educational background that includes a Master of Education and various professional certificates.
