Joel Hilchey

Joel Hilchey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, education, and communication. As the CEO and Executive Producer of Beanstalk Creative since 2010, Joel leads a team focused on creating fulfilling careers for entertainers-turned-educators. Since 2006, Joel has served as a keynote speaker across North America, delivering insights on leadership and creativity with applications in team culture and sales. Additionally, Joel has been a Sessional Instructor and Course Development Specialist at McMaster University, teaching Professional Communication, and has facilitated leadership workshops for the National Student Leadership Conference since 2010. Joel holds multiple degrees from the University of Toronto and McMaster University, including a Master's degree in Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering Physics.
