Kate Whalen, PhD, is an experienced leadership coach and educator, currently serving as the Principal and Founder of Kate Whalen Coaching & Consulting since August 2019. With an extensive academic background at McMaster University since 2008, Kate holds multiple appointments including Adjunct Assistant Professor at the W. G. Booth School of Engineering Practice and Technology, where mentoring and advising focus on sustainability in engineering and public policy. Additionally, as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the School of Earth, Environment & Society, research encompasses sustainability and climate change.
