Michelle Turnbull

Michelle Turnbull worked at McMaster University as the Client Services Lead from September 2016 to the present. Prior to that, they were the UTS Service Desk Team Lead from September 2012 to September 2016. Before joining McMaster University, Michelle worked at ArcelorMittal Dofasco as a Client Services representative from July 1997 to September 2012.

Michelle Turnbull attended Mohawk College from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a degree in Computer Systems Technology. Michelle later pursued an Occupational Health and Safety Certificate from Mohawk College in 2009 and 2010, focusing on Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology.
