Peter O'Sullivan

Peter O'Sullivan is a seasoned communications and public affairs professional with a diverse background in strategic communications across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Public Affairs Manager at McMaster University since February 2023, Peter O'Sullivan plays a critical role in developing and managing strategic communications related to university initiatives and advocacy with government entities. Prior to this, Peter O'Sullivan was a Corporate Communications Advisor at Hamilton Health Sciences, where responsibilities included advancing corporate objectives through media relations and communication strategies, and, earlier, held various roles within the Government of Canada, focusing on constituency management and legislative support. Peter O'Sullivan's experience spans from managing public affairs to strategic event planning and stakeholder engagement, underpinned by a solid educational foundation in French Language and Literature from McMaster University.
