Randy Peterson

Randy Peterson is an accomplished professional in the fields of biomedical innovation and life sciences, currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at McMaster University's Heersink School of Biomedical Innovation since March 2024, where the focus is on fundraising and venture creation for life science innovations. In addition, Randy holds the position of Intellectual Property and Commercialization Mentor at Intellectual Property Ontario, advising MedTech companies on intellectual property strategies. As the International Business Development Manager for Life Sciences at Portland Investment Counsel Inc. since July 2021, Randy specializes in sourcing and analyzing investment opportunities in precision oncology.
