Rick Gladwin

Rick Gladwin is a seasoned software developer currently serving as a Research Software Developer at McMaster University since November 2023. As the Founder and Lead Designer of Wolf Soccer Tech, established in November 2016, Rick developed the XBounder, a portable rebounder for soccer training. Previous roles include Senior Community Partner and Senior Engineering Partner at Commit, Lead Full Stack Developer at Connexus Technology LLC, and Senior Full Stack Developer at Creative Guild. Rick also possessed extensive experience as Owner and Lead Developer at ID Design, a web development firm. With a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Mount Allison University and ongoing postgraduate studies in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Hull, Rick brings a strong technical foundation and innovative approach to software development.
