Troy Flick

Troy Flick, AIA, LEED BDC, is an accomplished architect currently serving in the Design department at McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture since October 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Studio Manager and Project Designer at Ware Malcomb from April 2015 to October 2024, and an Associate position at Gensler from May 2011 to April 2015, where significant projects included managing design for Audi Orland Park and serving as Account Manager for Toyota Image USA II. Earlier career stages included freelance architectural design (2009-2011), various roles at Ware Malcomb (2005-2009), and a design internship at Thom Stauffer Architect(s) (2003-2005). The foundational experience also includes general labor in construction from 2000 to 2003. Troy Flick holds a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and Environmental Design from Kent State University and participated in a study abroad program in Florence during 2003.
