Amel Moughraby

Amel Moughraby is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Learning & Development Lead at McMillan Shakespeare since January 2017. Previous roles at the company include Training Lead for Sales and Group Remuneration Services, as well as a Learning & Change Consultant and Operations Trainer. Prior to McMillan Shakespeare, Amel worked as a Franchise Support Agent at 7-Eleven Australia and completed a student placement at Central Bayside Community Health Services. Academically, Amel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health Education and Promotion from Deakin University and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from Chisholm Institute, alongside a Victorian Certificate of Education from St Johns Regional College Dandenong.
