Gagan Mittal

Gagan Mittal is an experienced Senior PMO Analyst currently working at McMillan Shakespeare (MMSG) since January 2023, with a robust background in project management and operational expertise. Previously, Gagan held various roles at ANZ from September 2008 to June 2022, including Platform Analyst and Operations Expert within the ANZx Transformation Program, and Senior PMO Manager focusing on Digital Governance. Gagan has extensive experience with PPM, Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow, and several agile methodologies. Earlier roles included Senior Collections Manager and Credit Controller, with foundational experience as a Process Developer at Genpact. Gagan holds an Undergraduate Certificate in Information Technology from Melbourne Institute of Technology, a Business Management degree from Cornell Institute of Business and Technology, and a B.Com in Commerce from Delhi University.
