Iva Halacheva is an experienced Principal Service Designer at McMillan Shakespeare, leading the service transformation program for the company. Previous roles include Lead Service Designer at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, Paper Giant, SEEK, and Transport New South Wales, as well as a Committee Member at Service Design Melbourne. Notable projects encompass business model transformation for McMillan Shakespeare’s Maxxia and RemServ brands and redesigning the internal pricing governance framework for Australia Post. Iva also served as a guest lecturer on MBA Operations Management at Cardiff Metropolitan University and Varna University of Management. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration from University College Birmingham, a Bachelor's degree in Advanced Marketing from Harstad University College, and ongoing studies in Service Design and Design Futures at RMIT University.
