William Pellerin

William Pellerin is a Partner at McMillan LLP, specializing in international trade law and litigation, with notable experience arguing before the WTO Appellate Body. Prior to joining McMillan in October 2021, William served as Deputy Director of Trade Remedies at Global Affairs Canada, where management of trade remedy disputes and coordination of countervailing and anti-dumping developments were key responsibilities. William also practiced as counsel in the Trade Law Bureau and represented clients in high-profile trade remedy cases. Additional roles include serving as a Director on the Board of Hostelling International for the Quebec and Ontario Region and gaining early experience in various positions related to public affairs and trade. William holds a J.D. and a B.Comm (Honours Finance) from the University of Ottawa.
