Sean Iiams

Sean Iiams is a Civil Project Engineer at McMillen since June 2018, overseeing the Klamath Dam Removal project as the owner's representative and providing engineering oversight to the design-build team. Previously, Sean held the position of Senior Staff Engineer - Civil, focusing on dam safety inspections and geotechnical exploration projects in remote locations. Earlier experience includes roles as a Field Engineer, working on heavy civil water resources projects, and as a Senior Engineering Intern, developing geotechnical investigation plans. Sean's career began at GeoTek, Inc. as a Field Technician, performing construction material testing and inspections. Sean also worked as a Laborer for BCR Landservices, contributing to a major pond project. Sean holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Idaho and an Associate of Science from North Idaho College.
