Since 2009, Connie has worked at Medical Consultants Network, where responsibilities include screening completed reviews for compliance and accuracy while fostering client relationships. Previously, as a Senior Account Manager, Connie managed two of the company's largest accounts, strengthening connections with claims professionals. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Service Representative at Florida Claims Management and GENEX Services, LLC, where Connie coordinated independent medical examinations (IMEs) and was integral in establishing the IME department in Tampa. Connie holds a degree from the University of Tampa.
