Currently serving as a Recruitment Business Partner at McNab since June 2021, Caoimhe previously held roles such as Recruitment Manager and Resourcing Manager for Qld, NT, and NZ at BESIX Watpac. With a solid foundation in recruitment strategy and team leadership, Caoimhe has successfully supported senior management and overseen recruitment teams at multiple organizations, including Downer and Watpac Limited. Caoimhe's career began with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Technological University Dublin.
