Prior to this role, Sean held positions such as Estimating Manager - Construction at FKG Group, Estimating Manager at FKP Constructions, and Senior Estimator/Cost Planner at Baulderstone Hornibrook and Walter Construction Group. With a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Construction Management from QUT, Sean has extensive experience in overseeing estimating teams, managing cost planning, and collaborating with various stakeholders on construction projects. Sean's expertise lies in developing estimating standards, driving performance, and ensuring accurate cost plans throughout design and construction phases.
