Steve Gierasch

Steve Gierasch is a highly experienced M&A attorney and corporate law advisor, currently serving as a Member at McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC since February 2017. Prior to this role, Gierasch was the Office Managing Partner at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC, where leadership included serving as the head of the Harrisburg office and as a member of the firm's Board of Directors from September 1998 to February 2017. Gierasch obtained a Juris Doctor in Law from Penn State Dickinson Law (1998) and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from Bucknell University (1995).
