Bryan Benzel is an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing mechanical projects across various sectors, including education, healthcare, industrial, and cannabis industries. Currently serving as a Project Manager at McNeil Industrial since September 2023, Bryan previously held senior roles at Floors Inc. and Mericle Commercial Real Estate Services, overseeing project management and estimating. With a comprehensive history that includes responsibilities in pre-construction reviews, estimate preparation, and LEED project coordination, Bryan has developed expertise in managing projects from bid to completion and conducting thorough reviews of project documents. Bryan holds a degree in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and has also gained experience in customer service through an earlier role as a Sales Associate at Sherwin Williams.
