Adam Breier is a Partner at McNeill PLLC, where responsibilities include patent prosecution, client counseling, and PTAB proceedings, particularly in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Prior to joining McNeill, Adam worked at Finnegan, specializing in biotech and chemical patent practice. An academic background includes a Ph.D. in Biophysics from the University of California, Berkeley, a JD from Stanford Law School, and undergraduate degrees in Biology, Chemistry, and Classics from the University of Kentucky. Adam's research experience includes a postdoctoral fellowship focused on microbial genomics at MIT.
