McNeill Baur
Jane Kuzelka is an experienced Patent Agent currently employed at McNeill PLLC since March 2020, with a previous tenure at Morrison & Foerster LLP from August 2012 to March 2020, specializing in patent prosecution in chemistry and life sciences. Prior to their patent law career, Jane worked as a Scientist at Calmune Corporation from June 2007 to October 2010, where Jane focused on antibody discovery and high-throughput screening assays, and held a temporary position as a Scientific Analyst at Nitto Denko Technical Corporation in early 2011. Jane also served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at The Scripps Research Institute from November 2003 to June 2007, conducting research on virus-cell interactions and the binding of heme to virus particles. Jane holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from The University of British Columbia.
