Scott Feldman

Director of Customer Success at MCO

Scott Feldman has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Scott currently holds the position of Director of Customer Success at MCO (MyComplianceOffice) since January 2023. Previously, Scott served as the COO, North America at VoxSmart from March 2021 to November 2022, where they managed overall business operations in North America and led the integration of GreenKey Technologies into the VoxSmart operating model.

Prior to VoxSmart, Scott worked at CME Group from October 2015 to September 2020 as the Senior Director of Product Management & Business Development, leading a team of product managers and driving various initiatives and projects. Scott started their career at Traiana in 2004, where they held multiple roles including Senior Director of Professional Services and Director of Client Experience. In these roles, they managed service delivery and integration specialists, directed client service and onboarding teams, and led a team of QA engineers.

Before their tenure at Traiana, Scott worked as a Senior QA Project Manager at Ruby Digital from October 2002 to December 2003, and at Pyxis Solutions from May 2000 to October 2002. Scott began their career as a Senior Consultant at PwC from January 1998 to May 2000.

Scott Feldman attended the University at Albany, SUNY from 1993 to 1997. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics.
