Surya Dasika

Surya Dasika is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering management. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at MyComplianceOffice since May 2025 and as Senior Director of Engineering at HighRadius since March 2022, Surya has demonstrated expertise in guiding teams toward achieving key performance indicators, implementing innovative solutions, and enhancing product performance through initiatives such as the development of a micro front-end framework and the adoption of Kubernetes. Prior to these roles, Surya was Senior Engineering Manager at Tata Consultancy Services from March 2005 to March 2022, where significant achievements included the migration of over 100 enterprise applications to Azure and the development of a rules-based engine for claims processing. Surya holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from Andhra University.
