Michael P. Schneider

Michael P. Schneider is currently the President at McPherson College. Michael has held various other positions in the corporate world, including Partner at KESK Enterprises, COO at Summit, and President at iCollegeCrowd.

Schneider began their career in the corporate world at Summit, a full service publishing firm specializing in the foodservice, janitorial, paper/disposables, medical, safety, industrial package, and electrical industries. As COO, Schneider was responsible for the overall operation of the company, which consisted of two operating companies and multiple business vendor partnerships.

After six years at Summit, Schneider moved on to KESK Enterprises, a small angel group that invests in start-up businesses primarily in the energy sector. During their time as Partner, Schneider was responsible for the investment and development of Western Plains Energy LLC, one of the most successful and efficient ethanol plants in the United States.

In 2012, Schneider left KESK Enterprises to become the President of iCollegeCrowd, an online platform connecting college students with internship and job opportunities. After two years in this position, Schneider transitioned to their current role as President of McPherson College.

Michael P. Schneider earned their Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Higher Education Management from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to that, they completed their MBA at the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business. Michael started their educational career with a BA in Communications from McPherson College.
