Emery Johnson

Emery Johnson has been a pharmacist for over 40 years and is currently a Trustee at MCPHS University. Emery began their career as a District Pharmacy Supervisor at CVS Pharmacy in 1977 and held that position for six years before moving on to become a Health Services Operations Consultant at Harvard University-University Health Services. In this role, they were responsible for legal and regulatory compliance, JCAHO auditing and accreditation compliance, policy and procedure compliance, and contract negotiation.

In 1996, they left Harvard to become President/Consultant/Pharmacist at Warren Associates, Inc. and then, in 1999, they became an Adjunct Professor of Pharmacy Practice at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Emery has also served on the boards of the Dallas Area Pharmacy Association and the American Pharmacists Association.
