Martin Schlott

Martin Schlott is the Gründer und Geschäftsführer at mcpk., a company specializing in team expansions to Eastern Europe with German leadership. Prior to this, Martin was the CEO of SIT-DEV, a software development outsourcing expert, and the Founder & CTO of sminks UG, a project supported by the Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Energie. With experience as a Product Development Manager at optile and Co-Founder & CTO at Pokertronic GmbH, Martin has a diverse background in the tech industry. Martin also worked as a Freiberuflicher Entwickler/Projektleiter for various companies and holds a degree in Diplom Informatiker(FH) from Ostbayerische Technische Hochschule Regensburg and a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Medientechnik from Deggendorf Institute of Technology.
