Randy Heiser

Randy Heiser has extensive experience in pharmacy management and operations, currently serving as the Senior Operations Manager at MCR Health, Inc., a leading Federally Qualified Health Center in Florida, since 2020. Prior to this role, Randy held positions at CVS Health from 2013 to 2020 as a Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacist, and at McKesson from 2012 to 2013 as the Director of Retail National Accounts, focusing on Lean Six Sigma performance improvements for major retail pharmacy clients. Randy's earlier career includes significant leadership roles at Giant Eagle as Vice President of Pharmacy and at Rite Aid/Eagle Managed Care in various pharmacy management capacities. Randy's educational background includes a PharmD. from Shenandoah University, an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, and a BS in Pharmacy from the University of Pittsburgh. Additionally, Randy completed executive education at The Wharton School.
