Steve Fenstermacher

Steve Fenstermacher has a diverse work experience with a focus on finance and leadership roles. Steve started their career as a Budget/Planning Analyst at BATUS, where they worked from 1978 to 1982. Steve then joined Chi-Chi's Mexican Restaurants as a Vice President of Purchasing & Planning. During their time there, they managed distribution, provided long-range planning, and improved operating profit.

In 1991, Fenstermacher became the CEO and CFO of On The Border Cafes. Steve successfully grew the company's revenue through new unit openings and negotiated partnership rollups. Steve also prepared the company for an IPO and handled financial and media relations.

From 1995 to 1998, Fenstermacher served as the Executive Vice President and CFO of Johnny Rockets Hamburgers. During this time, they acted as the CEO during a period of corporate restructuring and coordinated a $45M acquisition.

Fenstermacher joined Mannatech, Inc. in 1998 as the Co-CEO and CFO. Steve joined the company as the Vice President/Controller and played a crucial role in coordinating the IPO in 1999. Steve was promoted to CFO after one year and expanded their role to include the CEO position in 2009.

After leaving Mannatech, Inc., Fenstermacher worked as a CFO Partner/Consultant at SeatonHill from 2012 to 2013. Steve then joined USP Labs as the CFO from 2013 to 2015.

Their most recent role was as the CFO at MCR Oil Tools LLC, where they were responsible for cash planning, external reporting, banking relationships, financing, risk management, asset management, legal review, HR, and facilities.

Steve Fenstermacher earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Government from the University of Notre Dame. In 1975-1976, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Accounting & Finance at the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business. Additionally, they obtained another Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Notre Dame, though the field of study was not specified.
