Thomas Crooks

Thomas Crooks has extensive experience in energy efficiency and management, currently serving as Vice President of Energy Products & Services at MCR Performance Solutions since June 2006, where responsibilities include the development of computer-based models to forecast energy efficiency potential and managing a diverse portfolio of programs. Prior experience includes a role as Associate Director at Navigant from June 2001 to May 2006, assisting clients on topics such as electric utility structures and renewable energy portfolios. At Southern California Edison, Crooks was involved in strategic planning for energy efficiency programs from 1991 to 2001, while earlier career roles spanned engineering to management positions in power generation and transmission systems, along with teaching at various colleges in Oregon and Texas. Crooks holds a Bachelor of Technology in Industrial Process from the Oregon Institute of Technology, earned between 1973 and 1977.
