Joanne Lacson

Joanne Lacson is the Director of Clinical Programs at McRory Pediatric Services, Inc. where Joanne oversees early intervention center-based programs and manages referrals from various sources. Joanne is also a Clinical Supervisor with experience in conducting functional behavior assessments and providing therapeutic services for children with developmental delays. Prior to their current role, Joanne worked as a Behavior Therapist at LeafWing Center, focusing on implementing Applied Behavioral Analysis techniques for children with Autism. Lacson holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from California State University, Northridge and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Social Behavior from UC Irvine.
