Rachel Friedman is the Chief Member at Chief, a network for senior women leaders, and has been the Deputy Director at Men Can Stop Rape since 2012. Rachel also has previous experience at the American Red Cross and the U.S. Department of Labor. Rachel holds a Master of Business Administration from Trinity Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Women's Studies from UMass Boston.

MCSR (formerly Men Can Stop Rape) is a national Washington, DC based 501(c)3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to mobilize men to use their strength for creating cultures free from violence, especially men’s violence against women. Vital Voices (co-founded by Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton) recognized us as “one of the most innovative prevention programs in the United States.” MCSR has reached over 200 million youth and professionals with our award-winning youth program the Men of Strength Club, our college program Campus Men of Strength, our Women Inspiring Strength and Empowerment Club, and our public education campaigns.
