McSweeney's
Annie Dills is an experienced design professional currently working as a Design Assistant at McSweeney's since January 2019, where responsibilities include supporting the art director in developing book covers and interior layouts, as well as creating promotional materials. Prior to this role, Annie served as the Lead Designer at Red Hen Press from June 2017 to June 2018, collaborating with art directors on book and magazine designs while managing a team of designers. Earlier experience includes working as a Junior Designer for Surfside Girls Graphic Novel, where Annie formatted artwork, managed social media, and prepared artwork for exhibitions. Annie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from California State University, Fullerton, earned in 2018.
